Job Description: Supply Chain Internship
This is a paid, one-year internship within BJC HealthCare’s supply chain team, part of their Career Development Intern Program (CDIP). The internship is project-based, with a schedule of 20 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours per week during the summer. The ideal candidate is an undergraduate student (at least freshman year completed preferred), enrolled in a degree program.

• Navigating project requests using critical thinking skills.
• Communicating effectively with staff and project leaders.
• Taking initiative to identify and pursue additional work that enhances projects.
• Excelling in a team-based environment.
• Solving problems creatively and innovatively.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program (minimum freshman year completed preferred).
• Less than 2 years of supervisor experience.
Minimum Requirements:
• Enrollment in an undergraduate degree program.
