Job Description:

Legrand NA, via Lensa, is seeking a Supply Chain Intern to join the Finelite team in Union City, CA. This internship provides hands-on experience in the procurement process, data analysis, and supplier communication.

Responsibilities:

• Run daily and weekly metric reports.
• Assist in expediting materials by working directly with suppliers.
• Assist with invoice issues and identify opportunities for early payment discounts.
• Assist buyers in PO preparation, maintenance, and supplier management.
• Analyze and execute open order reports.
• Identify and drive process improvements within the supply chain.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent in data analysis and deriving meaningful insights to improve business performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), data visualization tools.

Learning Skills/Outcomes:

• Gain hands-on experience in supply chain management, including procurement and inventory management.
• Work closely with experienced professionals.
• Exposure to a range of projects and initiatives.

Availability:

• Full-time (40 hours per week).
• Must be available to start April 1, 2025.
• Must be available to work on-site 5 days in the Finelite, CA office.

Pay Rate: $25.00
