Job Description: Paid Summer Internship in Supply Chain

This is a full-time, paid summer internship running from May 22nd to July 28th. A corporate apartment is available if needed. The internship offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in various supply chain functions.

Responsibilities:

Shadowing: Observe and learn from experienced supply chain professionals as they perform their daily tasks.
Pricing Research: Assist in researching and comparing material prices.
PO & RFQ Management: Contribute to the creation and tracking of purchase orders (POs) and manage requests for quotations (RFQs).
Data Analysis & Tracking: Participate in compiling, analyzing, and tracking relevant supply chain data.
Issue Resolution: Learn to resolve outstanding material issues with suppliers.
Project Support: Take on additional tasks and projects to broaden your understanding of supply chain and general office operations.

Qualifications:

Education: Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management with at least one year of completed coursework.
GPA: Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Skills:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility

Preferred Qualifications:

• Practical experience in supply chain (though not explicitly required).
