The Supply Chain Graduate Internship – Strategy & Consulting is a 10-12 week program designed to immerse you in the world of supply chain strategy and consulting. You’ll be placed within the Supply Chain Strategy & Consulting work group where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable recommendations for AT&T’s senior leadership.

This role offers the chance to:

Craft impactful solutions: Analyze complex challenges facing AT&T’s Wireline Transformation and Supply Chain organization and develop data-driven solutions.
Develop strategic thinking: Provide fact-based negotiation support, including competitive event strategy and benchmarking.
Gain industry insight: Conduct market research, including M&A monitoring, supplier financial health assessments, and supply chain visibility mapping.

Job Description in Detail

This is a full-time internship offering 40 weekly hours and a competitive salary of $79,200.00 – $118,800.00 per year. The position is based in Dallas, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct strategic analysis on complex opportunities facing AT&T’s Wireline Transformation and Supply Chain organization.
• Provide fact-based negotiation support, including competitive event strategy and “should cost” negotiation benchmarking.
• Perform best-in-class market intelligence including M&A monitoring, supplier financial health assessments, and supply chain visibility mapping.

Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in a graduate degree program with an academic concentration in Business, Finance, Applied Mathematics, Applied Science, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science (or other relevant degree) and graduating by Spring 2026.
• Proven leadership and teamwork skills, working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in industry research, effectiveness measurement, and process management.
• Exposure to software, mechanical, and electrical engineering concepts.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in consulting, investment banking, sales and trading, or another highly strategic/analytical role; ideally with exposure to the telecommunications or technology industries.
