The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Mill Talent, with locations spanning a K-C North America Manufacturing Facility for the initial 12 months and Neenah, WI for the subsequent 24 months. Mill Talent, operating as a specialized 1-person organization, is dedicated to cultivating exceptional supply chain leadership. This Supply Chain Development Program Associate role is designed to be an intensive and accelerated pathway, vital for developing future supply chain professionals and preparing them for significant contributions within an evolving supply chain landscape.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Undertake three distinct 12-month rotations to gain comprehensive experiences across the key Supply Chain functions.
• Develop essential supply chain capabilities through cross-functional development opportunities designed for future professionals.
• Acquire direct practical experience in at least three of the four core Supply Chain functions: Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Customer Logistics/Distribution, and Procurement.
• Engage with various processes, procedures, and tools while being exposed to critical areas such as Safety, Quality, SAP, and LEAN/Operational Excellence.
• Prepare for a significant and impactful role within the organization’s broader Supply Chain department upon successful completion of the program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an Entry-Level role specifically designed for recent college graduates holding a Bachelor’s degree, with a required concentration in Supply Chain or a closely related academic field.
• Experience: No prior professional work experience is explicitly required, as this program targets new graduates, but strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a fundamental requirement.
• Skills: Possess the ability to accurately analyze and interpret complex data; Demonstrate a clear ability to persuade and influence others effectively; Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills; Apply robust problem-solving skills to various challenges; Manage projects efficiently and prioritize competing demands.
• Bonus: A minimum overall GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 is preferred; Candidates should demonstrate a natural curiosity and an inherent ability to lead; Must possess the flexibility and desire to relocate within the organization; Be prepared for travel up to 15% of the time.
