• Team: Supply Chain Department, reporting to an assignment leader.
• Mission: This co-op will focus on identifying and implementing process improvements, supporting project execution, and developing analytical problem-solving skills within the Supply Chain department to enhance operational efficiency.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Goal Setting: Collaborate with an assignment leader to establish clear goals and objectives for your co-op rotation.
• Team Leadership: Lead teams across various levels of the business through effective influence and guidance.
• Process Improvement: Proactively use initiative to discover and develop impactful process improvements within the supply chain.
• Project Support: Assist your team in the comprehensive development and successful execution of project ideas.
• Analytical Problem-Solving: Develop and consistently demonstrate a strong analytical approach to complex problem-solving.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum qualification: Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher. Career level: Early Career. Education requirement: Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering (or related fields) or Supply Chain Management, with a graduation date of May 2028 or later and a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0). Must have legal authorization to work in the US.
• Experience: No specific prior years of experience are required. However, candidates must be willing to actively explore all facets of Supply Chain, including Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supplier Quality, Materials, Lean methodologies, Distribution, and Advanced Manufacturing. Previous co-op or internship work experience is highly preferred.
• Skills: Demonstrated analytical problem-solving abilities, strong initiative, effective communication skills, proven team collaboration skills, and the capacity to work independently.
• Bonus: Successful candidates will have demonstrated leadership roles on campus or within the community. Relevant coursework or related practical experience in their major field of study is also a plus.
