Program Details:

  • Duration: Approximate 6-month Co-op session, available from July 13, 2026 through December 4, 2026.
  • Compensation: Competitive pay. Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.
  • Work Environment: Hybrid work environment requiring a minimum of three days a week in the office.

Department/Position Description (Supply Chain Analytics)

As a Supply Chain Analytics Co-op, you will collaborate with a team of experienced Supply Chain Professionals to deliver business-critical solutions. This involves deploying various Analytics Solutions, including:

  • Time-sensitive data engineering pipelines.
  • Developing Business Dashboards.
  • Implementing Predictive Analytics Models.

You should be comfortable working with huge datasets, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to successfully drive Analytics Projects to completion.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Must be enrolled in a BS/MA, MS, or a recent graduate in a related field.
  • Comprehension of key supply chain fields: logistics, warehousing, demand management, etc.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

  • Predictive Modeling & Machine Learning: Experience or basic understanding of techniques such as k-nearest neighbors, multiple-regression, neural networks, etc.
  • Forecasting: Experience or basic understanding of techniques such as ARIMA, ETS, etc.
  • Data Visualization: Expertise using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, QuickSight, etc.
  • Cloud Technologies: Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, or any other cloud platform.
  • Database & SQL: Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Programming: Strong knowledge of Python. Experience or knowledge of Scala is a plus.
  • Agile Methodologies: Understanding of agile development methodologies and concepts; experience with is a plus.
  • Dashboard Development: Ability to translate business needs into operational dashboards and models, particularly through PowerBI.
  • Database Systems: Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).

  • Passion for using analytics to drive operational change in supply chain.
  • Passion for solving complex business problems.
  • Must be able to adapt quickly to change without being afraid to take on new responsibilities in a fast-paced team environment while being proactive and action-oriented.
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening skills.

Salary Range

Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.

  • ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 – $31.00
  • IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $20.00 – $34.20
