What You’ll Actually Do
• Conduct: Perform audit procedures and research projects under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Prepare: Assist in the preparation of tax returns, gaining practical experience in tax compliance.
• Shadow: Observe and learn from team members through job shadowing experiences across accounting, tax, and audit functions.
• Contribute: Engage directly with client projects, applying learned skills and insights.
• Participate: Connect with Peer Mentors and firm leaders for professional development and mentorship opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level, currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a Master’s degree with an accounting focus, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is required for this internship. Candidates must be graduating no later than May 2028.
• Skills: Effective communication, a ready-to-learn mindset, and eagerness to grow in the public accounting profession.
