Job Description

Boeing is seeking motivated, enthusiastic, and innovative students to join their 2025 internship program. This is a 10-12 week internship experience where you will have the opportunity to:

Specific internship opportunities are offered in a variety of departments:

Supply Chain Management: Internships span throughout Boeing’s Business Units (Commercial Airplanes; Defense, Space and Security; Boeing Global Services; Boeing Capital Corporation; and Corporate). These roles are essential to running a business that connects and protects people around the world.
Finance: The Boeing Finance Internship Program provides the foundation you need to jump start your career in Finance. You will gain skills in financial acumen, data analytics, financial modeling, and problem solving. You will also have the opportunity to explore various Finance career paths at Boeing through informational interviews and participate in development opportunities. This program has a proven history of delivering top Finance leaders.
Analytics: Boeing Analytics is looking for talented students to assist in delivering best-in-class technological solutions to their business, partners, and customers. You will be assigned projects that expand on your skills and engage you in challenging and meaningful work. Opportunities are offered in various disciplines including Data Science, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Software.
Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA): This department is looking for talented and motivated students to assist in delivering best-in-class technological solutions. You will be assigned projects that expand on your skills and engage you in challenging and meaningful work. Opportunities are offered in various disciplines including Application Development, Cybersecurity, Data Science and Business Analytics, Information Protection, Network Design, Product Management, Project Management, Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems Integration, and User Experience Design.
Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS): At DAS, you will create advanced digital and data solutions that drive the future evolution of software for the aviation industry. Their mission-critical applications enable customers to transform and optimize their business through data insights and solutions. Boeing is leading the digital revolution, and interns in DAS have had opportunities to work with virtual reality, software development, artificial intelligence, and other software platforms.
Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF): This department is responsible for the maintenance of Boeing buildings and infrastructure. Available opportunities include:

• Planner
• Facilities Analyst

• Business Operations
• CMO (Change Management Office)
Business Internship Program (BBIP) – Methods Analyst: This internship program is for non-Engineering degrees under the Industrial Engineering organization. You will learn all aspects of the Aerospace Manufacturing environment and explore the complete production system.
Property Management: This internship offers a unique opportunity to witness first-hand the lifecycle of Government and Boeing owned property. You will assist in maintaining quality through record keeping, reporting, data analytics, and communication across multiple business systems.
Manufacturing and Operations: Boeing is looking for passionate students to join their team. You will work with your leader to develop assignments that expand on your current skills.
Program Management/Integrated Planning and Scheduling (PM/IP&S): As an intern in PM/IP&S, you will assist in the preparation, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to drive positive program performance.
Business Internship Program – Quality Specialist: This internship offers opportunities to partner with and lead cross-functional business units to protect the integrity of products and processes, ensuring that every product and service meets quality and regulatory requirements.

Important Notes:

• Some positions are hybrid, some are virtual, and some are 100% onsite.
• Some positions may require a U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
• Some positions must meet Export Control compliance requirements, requiring a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15.

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled student attending a college or university with an expected graduation date after July 31, 2025.
• Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
• Currently enrolled at a Historically Black College and University (HBCU).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for the aerospace industry and interest in a career at Boeing.
• Academic excellence (GPA of 3.0 or higher).
• Previous business or related internships or work experience.
• Involvement with student or civic organizations.
• Major in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Project Management, Finance, Information Systems, International Business, International Relations, Global Studies, Finance, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
• MBA Candidates or Masters in related disciplines are preferred for strategy roles.
• The ability to telecommute.
• The ability to relocate and work onsite.

Safety Sensitive: Some of these positions are safety sensitive and may be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.

NASA Access: Some positions require the ability to obtain access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.

Relocation: Some positions offer relocation based on eligibility.

Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post-offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in their policies.

Shift: These positions are for first shift.

Salary Range: Min: $37,000 – Max: $80,000
