Job Description

Position Title: Femme Cheval Summer Internship (Social Media Intern)

Position Type: This is a part-time Summer Social Media Intern role.

Work Arrangement: It is a hybrid role, requiring weekly in-person meetings, with flexibility for remote work. The company prefers candidates based in the Greater Los Angeles area.

Compensation: This internship is unpaid. However, interns will gain invaluable hands-on experience, build meaningful connections within the equestrian community and startup world, and make a real impact on the platform.

Reporting Structure: The intern will work directly with the founder of Femme Cheval.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Posting: Create and post engaging content across various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Reels.
Marketing Support: Assist with digital marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
Community Engagement: Conduct outreach and actively engage with members of the equestrian community via the Femme Cheval app and its social channels.
Feedback & Support: Gather community feedback and provide assistance with user support.
Brand Representation: Represent Femme Cheval authentically and collaboratively in all interactions.
Meeting Attendance: Attend weekly in-person meetings, with flexibility for remote work during other hours.

Qualifications:
Social Media: Demonstrated interest or experience in social media content creation and strategy.
Communication: Possess strong communication and writing skills.
Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using tools such as Canva, Linktree, and social media scheduling platforms.
Work Ethic: Must be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Collaboration: Exhibit a collaborative mindset and a passion for the equestrian world.
