Position Summary:
Deloitte’s Summer Scholar program offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the Government & Public Services practice. This program provides a platform to gain real-world consulting experience and contribute to solving complex client challenges.
Role of a Strategy Summer Scholar:
As a Strategy Summer Scholar, you’ll play a key role in client service teams, collaborating with diverse and talented colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:
• Solving multidimensional problems: You’ll help clients address complex issues by applying strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving techniques.
• Improving performance: You’ll contribute to projects aimed at enhancing client performance, efficiency, and effectiveness.

• Outstanding leadership experience: Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in teams.
• Strong academic performance: A proven track record of academic excellence, reflected in a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher (3.5 preferred).
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and findings both verbally and in writing.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills: A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and analyze key issues.
