Job Description
Deloitte is seeking Summer Scholars to join its Government and Public Services practice. Summer Scholars are an integral part of client service teams, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help solve multidimensional problems, improve performance, and generate value for clients.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with clients to deliver strategies that help them adapt to unique challenges and opportunities
• Participate in all phases of client engagements, from planning to execution
• Conduct research, analyze data, and develop insights to inform decision-making
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner
• Work with Deloitte professionals to develop and deliver training programs
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
• Junior standing in a full-time academic program with target graduation date between December 2024 and August 2025
• Academic area of study in Applied AI, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
• Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required, 3.4 cumulative GPA preferred)
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
