About the Job
Southwestern Advantage is offering a unique, paid summer work/internship position specifically designed for college students from all majors. This is an engaging outside sales internship where you will gain invaluable experience in running your own business and mastering the art of building strong relationships with consumers.
As part of this program, students will have the exciting opportunity to travel to another state. You will receive extensive professional development, including 100 to 300 hours of expert sales, leadership, and marketing coaching. This internship is ideal for candidates eager to take on significant responsibilities and develop crucial business skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage in consultative sales processes to meet customer needs.
- Communicate with a diverse range of 3,500 to 5,000 families from all economic backgrounds.
- Create lasting relationships and build strong rapport with customers.
- Execute direct sales of high-quality educational products.
- Manage all aspects of your business operations, including ordering, inventory, sales, accounting, scheduling, and product delivery.
Qualifications
- Must be a current college student or a recent college graduate.
