Job Summary
We are seeking motivated individuals for a Summer Sales Internship. This is a seasonal opportunity designed for students and entry-level candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in customer acquisition and direct sales.
This role offers structured sales training, performance-based compensation, and professional development in a competitive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned residential areas.
- Generate leads and acquire new customers.
- Present and explain company services to homeowners.
- Close sales and manage follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed weekly sales goals.
- Attend team meetings and ongoing sales training.
Schedule
- Full-time (40–60 hours per week)
- Monday–Saturday
- Seasonal summer position
Compensation
- Commission-based pay + performance bonuses.
- Average first-year earnings: $8,000–$35,000 for the summer.
- Compensation is performance-based and not guaranteed.
- Additional incentives available for high performers.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Must be available for full summer schedule.
