Job Description:
The Summer Operations Intern supports camp operations by welcoming campers and families, supervising campers to ensure safety and fun, leading activities, and contributing to a positive camp environment. This is a seasonal, part-time role, working Monday through Friday with either morning or afternoon shifts.
Core Responsibilities:
• Engage Fully in Camp Activities: Collaborate with teammates, supervise campers, and participate in camp songs and ceremonies.
• Supervise Campers: Lead groups, prepare materials for extended care, and foster an inclusive and energetic environment.
• Set Up, Organize, And Clean Camp Spaces: Contribute to camp decorations, organize materials, and assist in daily site set-up and reset.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Welcome campers and families, support check-in/check-out processes, and interact with camper guardians.
• Build Your Skills with Ongoing Training and Support!: Complete paid online training, attend in-person setup and training days, and take on administrative tasks. Develop professionally through feedback and supplemental training.
