Job Description: Summer Marketing Intern (New York)
This is a full-time, paid internship at Gensler’s New York office, running from June 3rd to August 8th, 2024. It’s an on-site position; remote work is not an option.
Responsibilities:
• Directly contribute to content creation and gain insight into marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing Specialists to produce marketing materials such as resumes, case studies, qualifications packages, and presentations.
• Track marketing metrics and utilize the firm’s information management tools.
Qualifications:
• Must have completed your second year of a Bachelor’s degree program in Communications, Graphic Design, or Marketing. This is not an entry-level position for recent graduates.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe InDesign are required.
• Strong grammar and excellent written communication skills are essential.
Additional Preferred Skills/Characteristics:
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in school or community activities.
• Skills in photography, video production/editing, CRM software, and other marketing-related areas are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail, while maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to thrive in a professional, fast-paced, collaborative office setting.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Compensation: $25 per hour (based on location and year in program).
