Position Overview: Summer Marketing Intern
Rosendin is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Summer Marketing Intern to contribute to marketing operations and creative services. This high-impact internship is ideal for students interested in the operational aspects of marketing, graphic design production support, and the systems that ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution across a national organization.
The intern will collaborate closely with experienced marketing professionals, gaining valuable exposure to how marketing supports brand, growth, and enterprise-level initiatives within a Fortune 500–caliber environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Asset Management
- Support the organization and maintenance of marketing assets within Rosendin’s digital asset management (DAM) systems.
- Assist with asset naming conventions, version control, tagging, and archiving.
- Help ensure brand compliance and consistency across all marketing materials.
- Support the intake, tracking, and coordination of creative requests.
Graphic Design & Creative Support
- Assist designers with production tasks, file preparation, and quality checks.
- Support updates to existing marketing collateral, templates, and presentations.
- Help manage creative files across various formats and platforms.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback under guidance.
Project & Administrative Support
- Assist with project timelines, documentation, and status tracking.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to gather necessary inputs and secure approvals.
- Support reporting on creative output, workload, and asset usage.
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and file formats.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) preferred.
- Comfortable working with digital files, systems, and structured processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
