Internship Purpose & Program Overview

Key Responsibilities
As a Summer Maintenance Intern, you will actively contribute to our operations by:
- Providing direct support to the maintenance team.
- Assisting the team responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings, and grounds.
- Learning to establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures for plant equipment.
- Shadowing and learning how to maintain production equipment to organization standards, ensuring minimum equipment downtime.
- Assisting with the requisition of tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Participating in shadow training programs to understand proper operations, preventive maintenance, and repair equipment procedures, always adhering to the highest safety expectations.
- Completing and presenting a dedicated project related to issues within the maintenance department.

Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting internship, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled in a four-year university or actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
Compensation & Relocation
- Competitive hourly rate of $21/hour.
- A generous $2,500 relocation stipend to support your move for the program.
