Internship Opportunity

Mary Kay offers a 10-week paid internship program for undergraduate and graduate students from early June to mid-August. The program provides hands-on experience in two areas:

Talent Acquisition:

• Support the company’s employer brand through social media activities.
• Engage in sourcing and recruiting candidates, including campus recruitment.
• Assist with the summer intern program and related events.

HR Business Partners:

• Contribute to projects focused on data analytics, employee engagement, and employee experience.

Internship Details

Compensation: Paid at $20 per hour.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, with 4-5 days in the office.
Location: Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or Manufacturing/R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of judgment and discretion for effective communication.
• Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Attention to detail.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Prior HR or recruiting experience preferred, but not required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree.
• Full-time enrollment (undergraduate) or part-time (graduate) status at the time of application.
• Minimum sophomore status, rising juniors or seniors preferred.
• Preferred degree: Human Resource Management.
