Job Title: Summer Internship Program – R&D Department

Location: Lenexa, KS
Hourly Salary: $21/hour

Job Summary and Purpose
Ceva Animal Health is seeking motivated and enthusiastic students to join its Summer Internship Program within the R&D Department. This program offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on professional experience, develop functional skills, and support the R&D team in achieving operational objectives. Interns will collaborate with colleagues, complete assigned tasks accurately and timely, and demonstrate an eagerness to learn while adding value to ongoing initiatives and contributing to the company’s success.

Your Missions / Responsibilities and Key Duties
As an R&D Summer Intern, you will be expected to:

  • Work independently and collaboratively on assigned projects and daily operational tasks.
  • Participate in team meetings and cross-functional activities to support ongoing initiatives.
  • Engage with departmental leaders to gain insights into the organization and the broader animal health industry.
  • Conduct research, gather and analyze data, and prepare reports, summaries, and presentations as required.
  • Present key findings and recommendations at the conclusion of the internship program.

Qualifications / Your Profile
To be considered for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program within a related field (e.g., Business, Life Science, Engineering, etc.).
  • Possess basic knowledge relevant to the R&D department.
  • Ability to work 40-hours per week, over 10+ weeks during the summer timeline.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Competency with digital tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, ChatGPT or similar, etc.).
  • Possess an eagerness and ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
