Job Description: Summer Internship Program – Integrated Production

Ogilvy is seeking the next generation of creative talent for its Summer Internship Program, specifically looking for individuals passionate about “making it happen” in Integrated Production. This 10-week, full-time (35-40 hours/week) paid internship runs from June to August.

What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is a ‘Make It Happen’ person with a strong passion for bringing ideas to life. Since production is an extension of creative, applicants should possess an imaginative spirit, an elevated taste-level, and an eye for impactful work. While understanding that trade-offs can occur in production, the company seeks individuals who believe nothing is impossible and can find scrappy and inventive solutions when needed. Organizational skills and a business-minded approach to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget are also crucial. Ogilvy values insatiably curious, dot-connecting individuals whose passion for creation sets them apart.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Interns will jump right into action, gaining hands-on experience by contributing to current campaigns and fast-moving projects alongside award-winning creative teams. Key responsibilities include:
• Learning the basics of production.
• Shadowing on various projects to understand practical application.
• Learning the functions of every agency department and how they collaborate for production.
• Supporting the producer team on tasks such as creating timelines, compiling completion reports, managing work release, and liaising between creative and client teams.

Interns will gain wide exposure to different brands and creative leaders, benefiting from dedicated mentorship to sharpen their craft and acquire real-world experience that enhances their portfolios.

Requirements & Eligibility:
• All applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Applicants must have current and future U.S. work authorization.
• A link to a portfolio or sample of work is mandatory for consideration for this creative role. The portfolio should showcase the applicant’s creative process and unique point of view.
• By the start of the program in June, interns must be located within a commutable distance of the office they plan to work in.

Program Details:
Locations: The 2026 Summer Internship Program will be offered in Ogilvy’s Chicago and New York offices.
Model: This is a hybrid model internship, with 3-4 days expected to be in the office each week to foster immersion in the collaborative culture.
Compensation: The pay range for this position is $20—$25 USD per hour. Ogilvy also offers a competitive benefits package.
Application Deadline: The application deadline is January 5, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Important Note: This application is specifically for creative craft internships in Integrated Production. A separate application exists for other Business & Strategy roles on Ogilvy’s careers page.
