• Pay: $25.55–$33.50 Hourly
• Mission: Solve real-world construction industry challenges through a hands-on training program.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Apply classroom concepts: Apply academic theories and concepts directly to real-world scenarios within active construction projects, such as engineering designs, project scheduling, or site safety protocols.
• Develop professional skills: Expand your knowledge, develop potential, and enhance your resume through hands-on training and practical application in your specific role.
• Network with industry professionals: Make key contacts for future career opportunities, working alongside talented people and receiving professional feedback on your strengths and weaknesses.
• Explore career paths: Determine your interest level in various career fields, including Construction Project Management, Engineering, Estimating, Safety, Procurement, and corporate roles like Finance, Marketing, or Accounting.
• Engage in specialized learning: Participate in a dedicated “Internship Week,” engaging in subject matter discussions covering construction project management, estimating, engineering, and safety, and visiting live job sites for practical exposure.

The Must-Haves
• Background: You are an early career individual actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to Rosendin’s needs, such as Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, Electrical, Civil, or Construction Engineering, Renewable Energy, Occupational Health & Safety, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, or Accounting.
• Experience: Prior academic coursework or any work-related experience aligning with the company’s operational or corporate functions is desired to demonstrate foundational understanding.
• Skills: Demonstrated foundational knowledge in construction project management, engineering principles, or corporate functions such as finance or marketing. You possess strong communication skills, a detail-oriented and organized approach, and the ability to take initiative while working collaboratively within a team.
