About the Program:
The Comstock Summer Internship Program seeks talented young professionals to provide hands-on learning experiences and prepare them for their next career steps. Interns will utilize and develop their communication, detail-oriented, and collaborative skills while gaining insight into a culture-driven, corporate environment. We invite personable, professional, and hard-working individuals to apply.
Internship Details:
- Duration: June 1st through August 7th
- Compensation: Paid internship
- Location: On-site requirement

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet all customers, explaining the benefits of the community.
- Manage social media platforms for the community.
- Perform administrative duties as needed and necessary to complete the leasing process.
- Assist in preparing various marketing and sales reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
- Analyze operations and marketing initiatives throughout the internship and prepare a presentation on findings for Comstock’s leadership team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Real Estate, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends.
- Experience: Prior industry internship/work experience and an interest in Real Estate is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Initiative: Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment and learn in a growing organization.
- Organization: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Independence: Self-directed and able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
