Job Description: Summer Internship Program

Paramount invites college students to kickstart their careers at the heart of culture and conversation with entertainment’s most iconic brands through its Summer Internship Program.

This program is a paid, immersive 10-week experience designed to help students explore various career paths, contribute their passions, and bring fresh perspectives to work. It offers hands-on learning and serves as a pipeline for future opportunities within the company.

Program Details:
• Duration: 10 weeks total, starting in June.
• Schedule: Full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week).
• Work Arrangement: Interns are required to work fully on-site for the duration of the program. Paramount does not provide financial relocation support or housing stipends.
• Compensation: Paid at a competitive standard hourly rate of $20.00. School credit is optional.

Potential Internship Areas:

1. Finance:
• Supports the company’s overall financial goals and delivers best-in-class effective solutions.
• Assists with the preparation and tracking of annual budgets.
• Assists in the preparation of programming return on investments.
• Provides financial support and guidance for operational decisions.
• Aligns with stakeholders and connects Paramount brands globally to support high-quality content with the best partners.

2. Accounting:
• Responsible for recording and reporting the cash flows (both in and out) for Paramount.
• Manages the finances of Paramount, including recording accounts payable and receivable, inventory, fixed assets, and all other financial elements.
• Accountants review the records of each department to determine Paramount’s financial position and any changes, ensuring the company runs cost-effectively.

Eligibility Requirements:
• Applicants must be students who will be Seniors or Master’s students in the fall of 2026. (Graduating Seniors are encouraged to check the website for full-time job opportunities).
• Must be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks starting in June.
• Interns will be required to work fully on-site for the duration of the program.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Employment eligibility to work with Paramount in the United States is required, as the company does not engage in sponsorship for internships.
