Job Description: PulteGroup Summer Internship (Marketing Focus)

PulteGroup offers summer internships providing hands-on experience in the homebuilding industry. Interns will gain a holistic understanding of the business through rotational shadowing across various departments and functions. The internship program focuses on contributing to meaningful projects under the guidance of experienced professionals within a designated function (in this case, Marketing).

Specific Responsibilities for Marketing Interns:

Data Analysis & Trend Identification: Collect and analyze data to identify consumer trends within the housing market.
Marketing & Advertising Support: Assist in promotional activities across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and web campaigns. This includes asset creation and management for media requests.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
SEO Project Assistance: Contribute to SEO initiatives through blog post creation and website content development.

General Internship Details:

Duration: 12 weeks (May 19, 2025 – August 8, 2025), with potential schedule adjustments based on individual needs.
Hours: 40 hours per week, schedule varies depending on the specific role.
Compensation: $20/hour (may vary based on position and location).
Benefits: Eligibility for participation in the company’s 401(k) plan.
Location: Primarily in-person at one of 29 Division Offices or in development communities across various locations (Florida, Nevada, North Carolina, Texas).
Format: Internship includes rotational shadowing across various departments to provide a comprehensive view of the homebuilding process. A capstone presentation or final project may be required.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED, authorization to work in the U.S., undergraduate or graduate student status (minimum sophomore status preferred), minimum 2.5 GPA preferred. Strong interest in the homebuilding, real estate, or construction industry is highly desirable.

• Motivation, enthusiasm, professional communication (written and verbal).
• Tech-savviness (proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Teams is specifically mentioned).
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and adaptability.
• A bias for action and a desire to contribute meaningfully.
• Participation in extracurricular activities (student organizations, leadership roles, etc.) is considered a plus.
