Job Description: Dentsply Sirona World 2025 Internship
This summer internship offers a challenging, high-impact opportunity to contribute to Dentsply Sirona’s largest customer event, Dentsply Sirona World 2025. This three-day conference features education, hands-on courses, networking, entertainment, and an exhibit hall, connecting dentists, healthcare professionals, and partners to improve global oral health.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the DS World 2025 exhibitor and sponsorship program.
• Interact with exhibitors and sponsors, answering questions, building relationships, and fostering strong partnerships with Dentsply Sirona.
• Follow up with potential exhibitors and sponsors, highlighting the benefits of DS World and securing their participation.
• Manage the DS World exhibitor portal in Cvent; create reporting dashboards for exhibitor and sponsor revenue, providing weekly updates.
• Ensure all exhibitor and sponsorship deliverables are received on time.
• Shadow the tradeshow manager for support and problem-solving, participating in planning meetings.
This internship provides:
• Hands-on learning experience.
• Participation in an intern event series focused on personal and professional development.
• A final presentation of accomplishments to senior leadership.
• Potential for full-time employment consideration after the internship.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week from June 2025 for approximately 10-12 weeks.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, challenging work environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (preferred).
• Experience in and/or leading team projects.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
