Job Description

This is a 10-week summer internship within the Corporate Affairs & Communications (CA&C) organization. The internship offers hands-on experience in media relations, employee communications, and corporate social responsibility by working on high-visibility projects that advance strategic business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Corporate Communications team on projects including:
• Writing and editing press releases, messaging, pitches, social media copy
• Researching and crafting targeted media lists
• Developing and executing internal communication strategies and events
• Brainstorming potential communication concepts and approaches for marketing programs
• Assisting with the creation and execution of social campaigns around sponsorships
• Researching company initiatives, benchmarking against competitors, and identifying background articles for interview preparation

Qualifications:

Minimum:

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program
• Graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026

• Ability to work independently
• Excellent written, verbal, and critical thinking skills
• Experience researching and building media lists, developing communications strategies, and executing PR and social media programs
• Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate flexibility
• Excellent attention to detail

Salary Range:

$24.05 to $63.00 hourly + sign-on bonus
