Capstone’s 2025 Summer Internship
This 10-week summer program provides interns with a valuable learning experience and a chance to contribute to the business.
Department: Risk Technology Team
The Risk Technology Team works closely with the Risk team at Capstone to develop and deliver innovative solutions for analytics, scenarios, reporting, and calculations within the Risk department.
Responsibilities:
• Work on a project that is both educational and beneficial to the business.
• Present the project to senior leadership at the end of the internship.
• Attend educational sessions led by senior leadership.
• Participate in team-building exercises and relationship-building activities.
• Receive a send-off lunch at the end of the program.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Interest in financial markets.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Java programming.
• Experience with databases or datastores (relational, object-based, or columnar).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to think creatively and find solutions to problems.
• Familiarity with machine learning (advantageous).
hourly Rate: $30 USD – $40 USD
