Capstone’s 2025 Summer Internship
This 10-week summer internship program offers a unique opportunity to work on a project that is both educational and contributes value to the business. At the end of the summer, you will present your project to the senior leadership team.
Department: Risk Technology Team
The Risk Technology Team is responsible for collaborating with the Risk team to develop and deliver top-notch solutions for analytics, scenarios, reporting, and calculations within Capstone’s Risk department.
Responsibilities:
• Work on a project that provides both educational value and benefits the business.
• Present your project to the senior leadership team at the end of the summer.
• Attend educational sessions conducted by senior leadership.
• Participate in team-building exercises and relationship-building activities within the firm.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Education: Pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Interest in financial markets.
• Proficiency in Python and Java programming.
• Experience with databases or datastores (relational, object-based, or columnar).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems.
• Familiarity with machine learning (advantageous).

hourly Rate: $30 USD – $40 USD
