Internship Program
The Mary Kay Internship Program offers undergraduate and graduate students a hands-on learning experience at the #1 Direct Selling brand of Skin Care and Color Cosmetics in the World.

• Team US: Interns directly support Independent Beauty Consultants in the U.S. market, working across departments like Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, and HR.
Past intern projects have included:
• Event planning

• Sales force recognition
Summer Internship Details:
• Dates: Early June to mid-August (10 weeks)
• Pay: $20/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, 4-5 days in the office
• Locations: Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or Manufacturing/R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX
• Equipment: Interns will receive a laptop.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods
• Experience with project management and teamwork
• Public speaking skills (bilingual preferred)
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Flexibility to assist across departments
• Hospitality and/or customer service experience (preferred)
Minimum Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree
• Full-time enrollment (undergraduate) or part-time (graduate)
• Minimum Sophomore status; rising juniors or seniors preferred
• Preferred degrees: Hospitality, Event Planning, Communications, Marketing
