The Point72 Academy Summer Internship – US:
This 8-week internship, taking place from June to August 2025, is designed for students graduating between December 2025 and July 2026 who are interested in pursuing a career in investing. The internship offers a blend of classroom instruction, portfolio casework, and mentorship to provide a comprehensive introduction to the field.
During the internship, you will:
• Acquire fundamental knowledge and skills: Gain essential knowledge and skills required to contribute as an analyst, alongside your peers.
• Receive specialized training: Participate in training sessions covering accounting, modeling, presenting, and compliance.
• Collaborate with an investment team: Gain firsthand experience of the daily life of an equities analyst, working directly with an investment team and gaining exposure to a specific sector covered by their Portfolio Managers.
• Work closely with Academy coaches: Deepen your understanding of data analysis and prepare a final pitch on an investment idea under the guidance of dedicated Academy coaches.
The internship is designed to prepare you for the full-time Academy Associate Program.

Compensation:
The US annual base salary range for this internship is $120,000 – $140,000, which will be prorated based on the internship start and end date. Actual compensation may vary depending on location, experience, education, and skills.
