Job Description:

The Summer Internship 2025 – Wholesale offers an opportunity to support all aspects of the Wholesale business at HUGO BOSS. As an intern, you will gain exposure to the company’s systems and processes while assisting with sales and operational functions.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the Ready Reports – organizing and communicating with key Accounts on Inventory
• Pulling weekly sales data for Major Accounts.
• Managing the sample allocation for Major Accounts.
• Pulling ATS reporting and preparing communication to send to Accounts.
• Managing contract clean up and maintenance.
• Showroom setup and organization.
• Participation in Market appointments during the selling season.
• Support Market recaps for Major Accounts to facilitate appointment follow up.
• Analyzing competitive market information.
• Miscellaneous projects.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work up to 37.5 hours per week for the entire summer period (June 2 – August 15, 2025).
• Must be an active student, entering junior or senior year and pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Able to work in a hybrid model: 3 days in office & 2 remotely.
• Must have strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, SAP.
• Excellent analytical and communications skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment.
• The minimum & maximum rate of pay will be fixed at $16.50 per hour.
• This position is not eligible for relocation.
