About the Job Description

Summer Internship

Position Overview: As a Summer Intern, you will provide internal support to the business development, operations, or academic teams. You will assist with logistical and operational tasks, and help in creating systems and processes. The internship is ideal for individuals who are hardworking, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
Founders:
• Stephen Turban: McKinsey & Company alum, Harvard College graduate, former PhD student at Harvard Business School.
• Dhruva Bhat: Harvard University graduate, Rhodes Scholar, current PhD student at Oxford University; previously worked at Bridgewater Associates and Dalberg Advisors.
Role Responsibilities: The intern will work directly with one of the following teams:

Business Development:
• Lead collection
• Support with external outreach
• Collaboration on partner retention experiments

Marketing:
• Writing content (blog posts and social media copies) for Lumiere and sister companies.
• Uploading SEO-optimized content to company websites.
• Learning about SEO and assisting with keyword identification.
• Competitor analysis.
• Learning about analytics for content marketing.

Academic:
• Building a systematic literature review curriculum and running it on a sample of students targeting specific journals.
• Exploring high school level journals and building direct communication lines with them.
Required Qualities:
• Results orientation and a can-do attitude
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong organizational skills
• Great attention to detail
