Job Description: Summer Internship Program
Trane Technologies offers a 12-week summer internship program for college students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business with Marketing Emphasis, Business Analytics, or Communications with Advertising Emphasis (minimum 3.0 GPA). Interns will receive challenging assignments, leadership training, and exposure to senior leaders.
Responsibilities: Internship assignments may include a variety of tasks such as:
• Market Research and Segmentation: Collecting and analyzing market data to inform strategic decisions.
• Brand Development/Management: Contributing to the development and maintenance of brand identity.
• Customer and Supplier Relations: Interacting with customers and suppliers to build relationships.
• Channel Development/Management: Working on distribution channels and strategies.
• Demand Creation and Forecasting: Contributing to demand generation and prediction efforts.
• Digital Marketing: Participating in digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Tradeshows and Promotions: Supporting the organization and execution of tradeshows and promotional events.
• Product Management: Assisting in the management of product lifecycles.
• Social Media Development: Contributing to the development and management of social media presence.
Post-Internship Opportunities: Successful interns will have the opportunity to interview for full-time positions within Trane Technologies’ Accelerated Development Program for Marketing or direct hire opportunities.
Work Environment: This position offers a hybrid work schedule with flexible work-from-home options, based out of various North American locations. Relocation assistance of $3,500 (tax assisted) is available as a lump sum payment.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Pursuing a BS/BA in Marketing, Business with Marketing Emphasis, Business Analytics, or Communications with Advertising Emphasis (minimum 3.0 GPA).
• At least one internship or relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills (e.g., campus organizations, sports teams, work projects).
• U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Compensation: Base pay: $19.50 – $22.50 per hour (national average; actual pay may vary based on function, class year, and location). Comprehensive benefits are offered.
