The Point72 Academy Summer Internship
The Point72 Academy Summer Internship is an 8-week program running from June to August 2025. It’s designed to provide you with a comprehensive introduction to the world of investing, preparing you for the full-time Academy Associate Program.
During this internship, you will:
• Gain foundational knowledge and skills: Learn alongside your peers, acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills to contribute as an analyst.
• Develop essential expertise: Receive training in accounting, modeling, presenting, and compliance.
• Experience the daily life of an analyst: Collaborate with an investment team, gaining firsthand experience and exposure to the sectors covered by their Portfolio Managers.
• Deepen your data analysis skills: Work closely with Academy coaches, delving into data analysis and preparing a final pitch on an investment idea.
The internship is a combination of classroom instruction, portfolio casework, and mentorship. It aims to provide you with insights into finance, research, and the workings of the public markets.

Compensation:
The US annual base salary range is $120,000 – $140,000, prorated based on the internship start and end date. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skill level. Base salary for internships outside the United States will depend on local market compensation.
