Core Responsibilities:

Focus on assigned projects: Interns will focus on assignments and projects within their identified track.
Complete learning plan: Interns will complete a learning plan to master the skills and tasks identified for their role.
Attend meetings: Interns will participate in team and customer meetings within their functional area.
Develop processes and procedures: Interns will develop and execute process and procedures to alleviate challenges within their functional area.
Create proposals and presentations: Interns will create formal proposals and presentations to various levels of management.
Attend training and workshops: Interns will participate in developmental training and workshops for the Summer Internship Program.
Cross-collaborate with other interns: Interns will collaborate with fellow interns on summer projects.
End-of-Summer presentations: Interns will present their work to Executive Leadership, Management, and Peers at the end of the internship.

Qualifications:

Major: Finance, Accounting, Agribusiness, or a related field.
Year in college: Must have completed their sophomore year.
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical skills: Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
Learning attitude: Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
Proactiveness: Proactive thinker and self-motivated.
Time management: Strong time, project, and organizational management skills.
Independence: Ability to work independently.
Adaptability: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Teamwork: Ability to be respectful, approachable, and team-oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
