Job Description: Summer Internship
Exelon is seeking highly motivated students for paid summer internships lasting approximately 10 weeks between June and August. Interns will gain real-world, hands-on experience working independently under an assigned supervisor on projects designed to help them develop their skills.
Job Scope:
• Interns will work on projects that align with their academic studies and career goals.
• They will have the opportunity to contribute to Exelon’s mission of powering a cleaner, brighter future.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or post-secondary program
• Currently enrolled in an Associate’s degree program and accepted to a Bachelor’s program upon completion
• Actively taking classes
• Minimum GPA: Cumulative 2.8 / Major 3.0
• A track record of outstanding academic performance
• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Related experience in the energy industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
