Life Sciences Summer Analyst Intern (Summer 2027) | ClearView Healthcare Partners

The Tone:
This is a summer internship at ClearView Healthcare Partners, located in Boston, New York City, or San Francisco. ClearView is a premier life sciences strategy consulting firm, supporting clients in the biopharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic spaces. This role is crucial for providing world-class strategic decision-making support, informing actionable recommendations that help companies achieve their business objectives. As an intern, you will accelerate your professional development by contributing to high-impact initiatives, shaping the future of our business while gaining deep industry understanding.

The TL;DR

• Team: Works on internal project teams and with clients, mentored directly by ClearView managers.
• Mission: To address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space and inform actionable recommendations that allow clients to achieve their business objectives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Problem Assessment: Assess complex problems through a hypothesis-based approach.
• Research & Insights: Conduct primary and secondary research to drive to critical insights.
• Tool Utilization: Create and utilize analytic tools, such as forecast models, to support key decision-making.
• Client Communication: Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree majoring or minoring in Life Sciences with a graduation date by Summer 2028.
• Experience: Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate research synthesis and deliver insights.
• Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills. Highly analytical and structured approach to solving complex problems. Demonstrated leadership abilities. Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative team-based environment.
• Bonus: Demonstrated interest in consulting and the life sciences industry through a combination of research and club participation. Desire to work for a mission driven organization.
