Summer Internship – Human Resources Management Department

This paid internship offers hands-on experience in various HR/Medical functions, including:

Talent Acquisition: Participating in the hiring process, gaining exposure to different aspects of recruitment.
Employee Relations: Contributing to maintaining positive employee relations and addressing employee concerns.
Organizational Development: Supporting initiatives aimed at improving organizational performance and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in projects that influence business decisions and impact the organization’s future.
• Partner with HR teams to share insights, propose recommendations, and present proposals to team leaders and senior HR leaders.
• Gain exposure to HR processes across the organization, developing a deeper understanding of HR’s impact on the company.
• Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, communication, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic work environment.

Work Details:

• Full-time, hybrid position requiring a minimum of 40 hours/week, split between office and remote work, with occasional weekend or evening work as needed.
• Some field activities required.
• Minimal travel required, must have reliable transportation.
• Relocation is required if located more than 50 miles from the location.
• Two-day orientation in Fort Worth, Texas, providing company overview and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old upon hire.
• No sponsorship required for work authorization.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business, or a similar degree program from an accredited university.
• Minimum 2.75 cumulative GPA.
• Less than 3 years of professional work experience (excluding internships, part-time jobs, or positions held while pursuing a degree).
• Reliable transportation access for the duration of the internship.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior internship experience or less than 3 years of work experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Leadership experience in campus, community, or extracurricular organizations.
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
