Corporate Development and Ventures Internship
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate venture capital. You will work closely with experienced professionals, contributing to high-impact projects and initiatives that drive Bose’s growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential investment opportunities.
• Financial Modeling: Assist in developing financial models to evaluate potential M&A and investment opportunities.
• Due Diligence: Support the due diligence process for investments, including reviewing financial statements, business plans, and conducting interviews.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments within Bose to gather insights and support ongoing projects.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Current MBA student with 3-5 years’ pre-MBA experience preferred.
