## Job Description: Summer Internship (Investment Team, NY)
Affinius Capital is looking for highly motivated summer interns to join their New York investment team. The team evaluates and underwrites potential investment opportunities across all of Affinius Capital’s investment vehicles.
Interns will gain valuable experience by being involved in all stages of the investment process:
• Underwriting and Evaluation: Assessing prospective investment opportunities, considering their viability and potential return.
• Transaction Execution and Closing: Participating in the closing of transactions involving various property types.
• Due Diligence: Conducting thorough due diligence, including market analysis, and coordinating with external service providers.
• Financial Analysis and Memos: Developing financial analyses and creating investment committee memoranda that outline investment rationale, execution risks, and expected returns.
• Business Plan Implementation: Supporting the implementation of business plans related to leasing, financing, disposition, and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
• Additional Responsibilities: Completing additional tasks as assigned.
