Description: Summer Internship at Affinius Capital (NY Investment Team)
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of real estate investment. As a Summer Intern, you will be an integral part of Affinius Capital’s investment team, actively involved in all stages of the investment process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Underwriting and Evaluation: You will contribute to the evaluation and underwriting of potential investment opportunities.
• Transaction Execution: Actively participate in the execution and closing of transactions involving a variety of property types.
• Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence, including market analysis and collaboration with third-party service providers.
• Financial Analysis: Generate financial analysis and investment committee memoranda that detail investment rationale, potential risks, and expected returns.
• Business Plan Implementation: Support the implementation of business plans, including leasing, financing, disposition, and portfolio management.
Beyond these core responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to:
