Job Description:
This is a Co-op/Summer Intern position within the SPACE business unit in the Mechanical Engineering field. It is a Call-In type position and is not eligible for relocation. The intern will work remotely full-time at a location of their choosing, with occasional travel to a Lockheed Martin office.
Basic Qualifications:
• Pursuing a Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering
• Experience with CFD simulation
• Proficient in Python, MATLAB, & ANSYS
Desired Skills:
• Strong teamwork skills
• Prior internship experience
The position is part-time and the exact hours will be determined by the supervisor. The annual base salary range varies depending on location, with a range of $40,789 – $78,208 in most locations, and $46,925 – $78,208 in major metropolitan areas in California and New York. The actual salary offered will be based on the candidate’s experience, education, and skills.
