About Santander CIB:

Description:

This 10-week Summer Internship program, starting in June 2025, provides undergraduate students a chance to gain a basic understanding of the investment banking business. Through immersive training, interns will participate in various exciting projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain a foundational understanding of the investment banking industry.
• Participate in immersive training and development programs.
• Contribute to exciting projects and initiatives.
• Build relationships with mentors and colleagues within Santander.
• Explore the professional world through practice and teamwork.

Eligibility:

• Undergraduate student in a four-year program with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above.

Key Requirements:

• Highly motivated and results-oriented with a desire to exceed expectations.
• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and courage in leadership.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with people at all levels.
• Strong English communication skills, foreign language skills a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to develop solutions to complex challenges.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently on special projects.
• Ability to effectively contribute in a team environment.
• Commitment to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment.

Compensation:

• Base hourly pay range of $52.88/hr.
• Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and location.
