Summer Internship Program

This 10-week summer internship program, beginning in June 2025, offers undergraduate students a chance to gain a basic understanding of the investment banking business.

Santander CIB’s Investment Banking team provides global advice to corporate clients, supporting their strategic goals. They offer innovative and creative financial solutions, including:

• Capital Raising: Help companies raise capital for expansions.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Student: Currently enrolled in a four-year program.
• Graduation Date: Expected graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.
• GPA: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above.
• Motivation: Highly motivated and results-oriented with a desire to excel.
• Leadership: Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and leadership skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical & Quantitative Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to solve complex challenges and develop solutions.

Compensation

• New York City: Base hourly pay range is $52.88/hr.
• California: Base hourly pay range is $52.88/hr.
• Note: Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and location.
