Summer Internship Program Description
Victaulic’s Summer Internship Program is a three-month exploration designed to provide a real-world look at working at Victaulic and in your field of interest.
Program Highlights:
• Real-World Experience: Interns work directly with their supervisors and team members on projects that have a significant impact on the department and Victaulic business.
• Mentorship & Development: Victaulic aims to mentor interns, teach them new skills, and provide challenging workloads and interesting projects.
• Networking & Social Activities: Interns participate in networking events, a buddy program, and social activities.
• Competitive Compensation: Interns receive competitive compensation.
• Department Placement: You’ll work with your recruiter to determine the best fit at Victaulic based on your career interests, major, and department needs.
Location:
• The majority of internships are at the corporate headquarters in Easton, PA.
• Opportunities also exist at other PA locations (Alburtis, Nazareth, and Allentown).
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Gain experience and work directly with your supervisor and team members.
• Take ownership of robust projects that have a significant impact on your department and Victaulic business.
• Contribute to the summer productivity of the team.
Qualifications:
• Major: Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain or a similar field related to your department of interest.
• Class Year: Must be at minimum a rising sophomore in college (rising junior or senior preferred).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Teamwork: Interest in and ability to contribute to a team environment.
