Description: Summer Internship Program

This 10-week summer internship program, starting in June 2025, offers undergraduate students the chance to gain a basic understanding of the investment banking business. It focuses on practical experience and teamwork, providing an immersive learning experience through training, exciting projects, and initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Immersive Training: Gain a foundational understanding of investment banking through dedicated training sessions.
• Project Involvement: Participate in a variety of impactful projects and initiatives within the division.
• Mentorship: Work closely with a dedicated mentor to receive guidance and advice throughout the program.

Program Details:

• This program is designed for undergraduate students in a four-year program with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.
• Internships are based in New York (NY), Los Angeles, or San Francisco (CA).
• You will be part of an international business working with teams across various geographies.
• Hourly pay range is $52.88/hr, with variations based on skills, experience, training, location, and certifications.
• Relocation assistance is not offered.

Skills and Experience:

• An undergraduate student in a four-year program with an expected graduation date between December 2025 or May 2026.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strong critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Ability to contribute effectively in a team environment.

Working Conditions:

• Shifts and schedules may change based on business needs.
• Travel to multiple facilities may be required.
• Physical demands may include lifting up to 20 pounds and extended periods of sitting and computer use.
