Your Responsibilities:

• Help with variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Support audit testing and compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects.
• Analyze data and identify trends to support decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver an end-of-summer presentation to Finance Leadership.

Qualifications

The Essentials – You Will Have:

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred – You Might Also Have:

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Expected graduation is December 2026 – May 2028.
• Prior internship or co-op experience.
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.
• Local to Milwaukee area (within 50 miles of the Milwaukee Headquarters location).
• Experience with variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated effective collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
