Your Responsibilities:
- Help with variance analysis and financial reporting.
- Support audit testing and compliance reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects.
- Analyze data and identify trends to support decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver an end-of-summer presentation to Finance Leadership.

Qualifications
The Essentials – You Will Have:
- Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred – You Might Also Have:
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Expected graduation is December 2026 – May 2028.
- Prior internship or co-op experience.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.
- Local to Milwaukee area (within 50 miles of the Milwaukee Headquarters location).
- Experience with variance analysis and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated effective collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
