Sales and Operations Intern | KZ_K STUDIO
The Tone:
This is an internship at KZ_K STUDIO, a company renowned for its modernist, design-driven collection. KZ_K features convertible and multi-functional pieces with exacting details, aiming to provide an exclusive atelier experience for every client. This role is pivotal in supporting the Wholesale Manager and collaborating with the Marketing Team, offering hands-on experience within a luxury fashion environment. The intern will gain a deep understanding of the standards required for wholesale management within an independent designer collection.

• Team: Reports to the Sales Manager, with crossover support for the Marketing Team.
• Mission: To provide comprehensive support for wholesale account management, sales operations, and studio organization for a luxury design collection.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Sales Management: Support the Wholesale Manager in all aspects of client sales, including processing orders, generating invoices, managing returns, and coordinating all related shipments for wholesale accounts.
• Sales Strategy & Outreach: Assist in planning and executing new initiatives for the existing client base, exploring new collaborations, and supporting related sales marketing efforts.
• Studio & Merchandise Presentation: Maintain the studio’s spatial organization in an elegant, clean, sophisticated, and desirable condition for client meetings, which includes merchandising collections and performing garment maintenance.
• Wholesale Operations & Logistics: Coordinate and prepare for store pulls, trunk show organization and logistics, and PR pulls, ensuring smooth execution of these events.
• Data & Administrative Support: Contribute to inventory management and sales analytics tasks, alongside performing general clerical duties such as calendar maintenance, organizing mail, and stock maintenance.

• Background: This role is open to students who are able to receive academic credit for the internship.
• Experience: Proficiency in Google Drive and Excel is required for managing data and documents. No specific years of prior experience are detailed for this position.
• Skills: Candidates must be detail-oriented and task-driven, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills. The ability to work with a sense of urgency, effectively balancing multiple requests and tasks, and a proactive problem-solving approach are essential.
• Bonus: Prior merchandising experience is preferred, which would be beneficial for studio and collection presentation tasks.
