What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Delivery: Support and contribute to client delivery teams, fostering an atmosphere of trust and collaboration to ensure successful outcomes for healthcare organizations.
• Client Engagement: Manage defined aspects of complex engagements, serve as a trusted advisor to clients, and manage client expectations throughout the delivery process.
• Analytical Rigor: Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and ensure high-quality client deliverables.
• Solution Innovation: Explore new solutions and innovation with multidisciplinary Korn Ferry team members to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Firm Contribution: Participate in internal initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, exemplifying Korn Ferry’s core values and enhancing the firm’s efficiency and reputation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate or graduate student tracking towards a degree with a 3.2 GPA or above, graduating in Spring 2027, with a strong interest in leadership, organizational, and workforce challenges faced by healthcare organizations.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to successfully manage academics with extracurricular activities, work cross-functionally and at multiple levels of stakeholders while delivering high-impact client solutions.
• Skills: Proven consulting skills including client relationship management, analytical rigor, commercial acumen, business insight, and the ability to operate autonomously.
